Privacy Policy for Tap BPM

Tap BPM is an app by assenmacher network GmbH.

2. What data does the app process?

Tap BPM only processes data locally on the user's devices:

• the last calculated BPM
• the current tap sequence
• the configured sequence reset timer
• the Keep BPM setting
• the selected mode

This information is stored locally so the app, widget, and Apple Watch can display the same current state.

If the user's iPhone and Apple Watch are paired, the current tempo state can sync directly between those devices. No assenmacher network GmbH server or third-party server is used for that sync.

3. Does the app collect personal data?

No. Tap BPM does not collect, transmit, or sell personal data.

4. Tracking and analytics

Tap BPM uses no tracking, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and no user profiling.

5. Data sharing

No data is shared with servers operated by assenmacher network GmbH or third parties.

6. Storage location

The stored information remains on the user's devices.

7. User rights

Because Tap BPM does not store personal data on servers, deletion and reset happen directly on the device:

• Reset clears the active tap sequence
• if Keep BPM is disabled, the stored BPM is also removed when the sequence resets
• removing the app also removes the app data

8. Changes to this policy

If the app changes in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
